Service Agreement

Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior cleaning of windows and glass surfaces by means of glass cleaning solutions, squeegee blades, water fed poles, brushes, razor scrapers, super fine steel wool, glass safe abrasives, cloths and water. Windows are counted based on each individual pane of glass. Cleaning fees are based on each panes square footage and sill/sash perimeter for clean up and detail. XS = 1 to 2 ft² or less, S = 2 to 4 ft², M = 4 to 8 ft², ML-1 = 8 to 12ft², ML-2 = 12 to 16ft², L = 16 to 20 ft², XL = 20 to 25 ft², 2XL = 25 to 30 ft², 3XL = 30 to 35 ft², 4XL = 35 to 40 ft².

Standard Industry Cleaning Techniques
Montana Fresh Panes LLC uses industry approved glass cleaning procedures including the use of fine grade steel wool and razor blade scraping to fully clean windows. We take the utmost care not to damage glass, however, there is always a risk scratching may occur during any part of the window cleaning process. Despite our best efforts to wash and remove all dust and debris from the glass prior to cleaning, minute amounts may still remain, accidentally causing a scratch. Montana Fresh Panes LLC, its employees and subcontractors will not be held liable or responsible for any damage or scratches found on windows or frames prior to or after cleaning.

Refund/Cancellation

If at any time you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact Montana Fresh Panes LLC to evaluate the work in question, make arrangements for corrections and/or to request a refund.

Force Majeure

Limitation of Liability
The client acknowledges and agrees that Montana Fresh Panes LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee
Services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised. The client acknowledges and agrees that Montana Fresh Panes LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered.

New Construction Cleaning
There is always the danger on any construction project that windows may become damaged or scratched prior to any “construction cleaning” by the many different people that work around them. This damage and/or scratches can easily hide underneath the dirt and other materials found on the glass. Secondly, windows often have concrete, stucco, and other matter that can scratch glass at any time during construction, or the “new construction cleaning”. This is an inherent risk for windows that were not protected/covered during various construction phases. Lastly, some Heat Treated glass (Heat Strengthened & Tempered) may have defects that result in fabricating debris embedded in the glass. These defects may not be visible to the naked eye, but are produced at the time of manufacturing by companies not using proper cleaning techniques at their facilities. Further, fabricating debris can be dislodged during normal window cleaning using a razor blade knife resulting in scratches on the surface of the glass.
