We start the exterior cleaning process by brushing off and blowing out any dirt and debris from the sill and frame. And to remove any remaining dirt particles that may be adhering to the glass, we thoroughly pre-rinse and scrub the entire window with de-ionized pure water and a specialized window cleaning brush. Ultra fine steel wool is then carefully applied to the glass to remove any spots or smudges. To finish, the entire window and sill is thoroughly rinsed clean. Any remaining purified water drops evaporate spot free.

Similar to exterior cleaning, each windows sill and track is dry brushed and vacuumed to remove any dirt and debris. The glass is then sprayed with de-ionized water, wet mopped, scrubbed with fine grade steel wool to remove spots and smudges then squeegeed dry. To finish, the window edges are detailed and dried with a lint free towel removing any excess water.

We also offer hard water calcium deposit removal applications upon request. Based on the severity and stubbornness of the calcium deposits, glass safe liquid abrasives or chemical dissolving treatments may be used.

Using a ladder, extension pole, grabber and blower we physically remove all debris from your gutters. Upon request we also rinse the gutter channel of accumulated dirt silt and asphalt shingle gravel. All gutters should be checked annually for proper drainage and to help protect your home against wildfires.

Dirty screens are removed from the sill frame, pre-soaked with a penetrating soap solution then both sides are aggressively scrubbed and rinsed with our specialty screen cleaner.

Montana Fresh Panes offers minor frame repairs and vinyl screen fabric replacement on your’ window and door screens that are sun faded and have tears or holes. We remove the damaged screen/s from the sill frame, make the repairs, then deliver and reinstall the screens.  A great time to repair your screens is over the winter.
