1. WE SHOULD ONLY NEED EXTERIOR PHOTOS - DON'T WORRY ABOUT INTERIORS

Take all photos from the exterior of your home or office making sure to walk all the way around and closely checking for windows.

Unless there is any glass that does not face outside (such as office or dining room doors), exterior photos should be sufficient for an accurate estimate.

2. FRAMINGING YOUR PHOTOS - GROUND TO ROOFTOP

Frame your photos to capture the ground to rooftop with multiple windows in each shot.

It works wellto use a wide angle setting if you can, like the “.5” on the iPhone. This works great for ultra wide capture yet allowing you to be relatively close.

3. SHADOWS, SHRUBS AND OVERLAPPING

Make sure all windows are visible in the photos and are not hidden by shadows (under decks) or behind trees and shrubs or down in egress window wells.

You should be able to capture all your windows in 8 to 15 photos depending on the size and complexity of your property. Windows not photoed or seen, will result in a less accurate estimate.

It is ok overlap your photos so we can accurately count the total number of panes.

4. SEND THEM IN A TEXT OR EMAIL

Simply text or email your photos to (406) 218-1083 or info@montanafreshpanes.com.

Depending on the quantity you may need to split sending the photos into several texts.

Step back, so we can see the size and difficulty of each window.

You should be able to capture all of your windows in 5 to 10 photos depending on the size and complexity of your property. No interior photos are needed unless you have any windows that don’t face the exterior.

Overlap your photos so we can count the total number of panes.

Windows not photoed will result in a less accurate estimate.
