How Archiving Works
📦 Archive HEICs (do this monthly)
Downloads a ZIP of the original HEIC photos for selected jobs. The gallery and preview images stay on Hostinger so client links keep working. After downloading, you can safely delete the HEICs off your phone and off the server.
🗑 Remove Inactive Client (use sparingly)
Downloads a ZIP of everything — HEICs, previews, and the gallery page — then permanently deletes the entire client folder from Hostinger. The gallery link will stop working. Only use this for clients you're fully done with.
